Server down?

Yesterday the server was REALLY laggy, and eventually I couldn't get back on after a crash. Now, it is giving me the
"Failed to connect to the server
Connection refused" message.

BOELENS: Is it a problem on Brohoster's end or something on our end? They couldn't possibly be waiting for the 1.7 update to get the server up and running again. Did we miss payment, because if we did then I hope we still have the map saved elsewhere.
