Temporary server -- now with 70% less doom!

Because of the unfortunate lack of servers in this community (and because I have a new super fast computer :3 ), I have decided to host a server until the Storyline server is available again.

When I first started this server, I used Vech's Super Hostile maps, but they got pretty boring because everyone (myself included :] ) just used God mode and spawned a bunch of diamonds and 2hiit.

So now I'm using a randomly generated map like a normal gog danged person.

Note: You will not be able to log on to the server unless I am online.
So if you can't connect, I'm either offline, or I forgot to turn the server on.

The IP is 5.22.199.94, if you want to come play.

Oh, you'll also need Hamachi.

The network ID is "Maro's Temporary Server" and the password is "hOnK".

I can't join if there's a chance I can't join.. (Did.. you understand that, Because I didn't..)
I don't really want to put in the I.P., then find out I can't get on, then have to track down the old I.P. address..

There wouldn't be a port on this, would there? Or is it just running on your computer? Is it just :25565?

It's running on my computer, hence why you won't be able to connect when I'm not online. (Kind of like the first FotC server, remember that?)

Anyway, I can't open a port (I'm amazingly terrible at that sort of thing ), so I've set up a Hamachi network instead.

The network ID is "Maro's Temporary Server", and the password is "hOnK".
The indigo color is optional.

I can't download Hamachi for some reason...

this sounds sort of cool, but im sorta done with minecraft until new updates are released. only because there is sooooo much more stuffs in terraria. I hope Notch adds stuffs like that.

When will anyone come on?

I remember when i used to use Hamachi. It would always make my computer use the local network connection to get on the internet. Ergo, I uninstalled it.

I've updated the OP.

Well, now that the storyline server is back up, I see no reason to continue hosting this one.

However, if, for whatever reason, you would like to play on this server, then you can send me a PM via either these forums or Steam (when I'm online).
