Story 1: Prelude

(This was created for the sake of the new map we made. A lack of town means we have to start over. Only being on chapter 1 at the time of this prelude's writing, we can afford to restart) In this new and untamed land, we have lost everything to mobs. King Shaiyal has stepped down, and king Tj now rules. He is a good king. As our new town expands, we all have more and more faith in him. He is a gentle and wise man, always willing to share with his subjects. His only flaw is is faith in all people, even if they are among the most dishonest scum. He has royal guards to protect him from his own generosity, but some passing travelers can get to him. A strange traveler in the most peculiar attire told him of a way to give all of his subjects eternal life. With that, he gave him a book and disappeared. King Tj has been locked up in his castle ever since. I think he's reading that book, despite the suggestions of his best advisors. There is a looming sense of danger on the horizon...
